Cancellation policy
If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

Wir waren 7Erw u 3 Kinder ( 8Monate, 2,5J und 4J )
Es war das schönste, erholsamste, spannendste, lustigste uvm Feriendomizil was wir in den letzten Jahren bewohnen durften....die Kinder hatten nie Langeweile u wir auch nicht. Der Garten ist so liebevoll gestaltet. Miguel, der Vermieter, ist eine Seele von Mensch mit einem sehr gutem Herzen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren 7 Erw u 3 Kinder ( 8Mon. , 2,5J. U 4J ) . Es war alles so wundervoll u liebevoll....mir fehlen die Worte, um zu beschreiben was wir alles an Ruhe, Kraft, Spaß , Abenteuer uvm in diesem Urlaub und Domizil erlebt haben. Miguel, der Vermieter, ist eine Seele von Mensch mit einem sehr gutem Herz. Der Garten ist sehr groß u spannend für die Kinder. Was da alles so wächst. Die Villa und alles drumherum sind ein Traum. Das einzige Manko war abends.....wenn die Kinder im Bett lagen dann war es mit der Klospülung schwierig da diese sehr laut war und das hat man echt doll gehört. Aber das ist echt nur ein klitzekleiner Grund zum beanstanden. Danke Miguel für diese wundervolle Zeit bei dir.....wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder...LG Familie Jäger u d Kulbach
