Cancellation policy
Cancellation conditions:
- Up to 61 days prior to arrival: €50.00 handling fee;
- 60-35 days prior to arrival: 60% of the rental price;
- 34-21 days prior to arrival: 80% of the rental price;
- 20-14 days prior to arrival: 90% of the rental price;
- 13-0 days prior to arrival: the full rental price, which also applies if you have to cut your trip short. However, the lessor will try to re-let the rental property.

Holiday destination
The Baltic resort Baabe is a former fishing village which became a quite popular lido over the past few years. Many of our regular guests started to spend their holiday here years ago. It still is a tranquil town, though, with a beautiful hinterland ideal for hiking, fishing and cycling. The forest in the immediate vicinity offers you great possibilities to go on a morning jog or Nordic walking.
Getting there
Autobahn A20, exit Stralsund, continue towards Rügen; on Rügen, take the B96 towards Bergen, shortly before you reach Bergen, take the B196 towards Binz/Göhren.
In Baabe, cross the train tracks then turn left into the Strandstraße, keep crossing the ungated train tracks and continue straight ahead almost to the end of the Strandstraße; turn left into the street 'Brautsteg' where you'll see the entrance to the underground car park.

Wir waren dieses Jahr mal in Baabe in der Wohnung "Mohnblume" der Familie Klawonn. Schönes Ferienappartements in Strandnähe (erste Reihe) und zentral in Baabe. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet inkl. WLAN/Geschirrspüler etc. Sie ist im Erdgeschoß und hat einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Wohnung und Umgebung waren wunderschön, nur das Wetter hat dieses mal nicht mitgespielt :-). Wir würden wiederkommen.
