The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. From the living room and the terrace in front, there is a stunning view on the hills and the sea over the meadows. It has garden furniture by the swimming pool and on the terrace. The swimming pool dimensions are 1,3 m x 5 m x 10 m. The kitchen is completely equipped with a cooker with 4 electric plates, an electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. In the house is also Sat-TV, Dvd-player and air condition in the hall.

Beautiful Villa Goran is situated halfway between the Croatian touristic center - Porec and the heart of Istria – Pazin. This villa with swimming pool is in a little Istrian village called Rakovci, that has still kept the authentic image, Istrian stone houses and the architecture. The area is very calm, surrounded with the nature and one can take long walks through the country or go bike riding.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest cancelling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.
