(1) If the tenant terminates the contract before the rental period starts and doesn´t name a replacement that accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs (excl. cleaning), as long as a further rental is not possible.

In Potsdam you may want to explore the historic town centre with its quaint cafis, or enjoy a visit to the Sanssouci castle with its unsurpassed garden landscapes.

Host informationIn 2004, we left Berlin in order to undertake the extensive restoration of what was to become our new home. A true labour of love, the restoration project was completed in 2007. We take great pleasure in now inviting you to our little piece of paradise.

Die ganze Familie war hochzufrieden, sowohl mit der Unterkunft, als auch mit dem schönen weitläufigen Garten, den wir bei dem schönen Wetter intensiv genutzt haben. Aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter hätten wir uns in den gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnungen rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir fahren jedes Jahr für ein Wochende mit unseren Freunden in die Villa am Wendsee . Somit kennen wir jede einzelne Wohnung in dieser Villa. Alle Wohnungen sehen toll aus und sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Auch der dazugehörige Garten und nicht zuletzt der Ausblick auf den See machen die Villa am Wendsee unvergesslich. Nicht umsonst treffen wir uns seit nunmehr 4 Jahren immer dort. Die Buchungen lassen sich problemlos erledigen und vor Ort werden wir immer von einer sehr netten Dame in Empfang genommen, die uns erklärt, worauf wir zu achten haben.
Also von mir eine klare Empfehlung für die schöne Villa und für einige vielleicht sogar ein kleiner Geheimtipp
