Cancellation policy
A down payment of 20% of the total price is required to guarantee the booking. This down payment is non-refundable. The balance must be paid eight weeks before the date of arrival. In case of cancellation less than eight weeks before the arrival date, a refund is only possible if the house can be re-rented for the same period. Any costs incurred will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Holiday destination
Gruissan is located on the edge of the 'La Clape' nature reserve, and is surrounded by lagoons and beaches. Narbonne used to be the Capital of Roman Gaul, and Gruissan today is an attractive village with a good selection of restaurants, shops and leisure opportunities. Le Clos is ideal for a holidyay in the sun, be it by the pool or beach or for exploring the surrounding area.

Wir haben eine phantastische Woche in diesem Traumhaus verlebt. Die Lage ist großartig und man ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig im Zentrum der Altstadt. Das großzügige Grundstück ist komplett umschlossen, so daß man als Hundebesitzer den Hund sorglos laufen lassen kann.
Die Kücheneinrichtung ist sensationell und auch die restlichen Räumlichkeiten sind wunderschön und liebevoll ausgestattet.
Die Betreuung vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und hoffen auf einen freien Termin im nächsten Jahr.

Ruhig gelegenes, großes Haus. Leider ist der Pflegezustand beklagenswert: Teilweise sehr schmutzige Möbel, Lampen, Fußleisten, die an manchen Stellen schadhaft sind. Schwarzer Schimmel im Kleiderschrank SZ oben rechts. Im dazugehörigen Bad überall schwarzer Schimmel im Silikon. Zustand des Bades unten ähnlich, Wasser läuft schlecht ab. Im SZ oben rechts zerrissene Gardinen, total schmutzig. Dustabzugshaube mit Spinnweben bedeckt, die Carbonmatten noch nie ausgewechselt, keine Funktion.
Spülmaschine innen noch nie gesäubert, Sieb ein biologisches Experiment...Am schlimmsten der Zustand der Bettdecke SZ oben: Blut-und Urinflecke überall. Beweisfotos an Hausverwaltung geschickt.

Ich habe soeben Ihre Nachricht gelesen und bin perplex.
Sie waren vier Wochen lang in Gruissan und haben sich in dieser Zeit weder mit mir noch mit der Eigentümerin des Hauses in Verbindung gesetzt, um Ihre Beschwerden vorzubringen. Wir haben auch keine Fotos von Ihnen erhalten. Ihr Eintrag im Gästebuch liest „Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt“. Könnte es sein, dass sich Ihre Bewertung vielleicht auf ein anderes Haus bezieht?
Unser Ziel ist es, unseren Gästen den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten, und die Eigentümerin reagiert sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen. Es ist sehr schade, dass Sie ihr nicht die Möglichkeit gegeben haben, auf Ihre Bedenken während Ihres Aufenthalts im Haus einzugehen – sie hätte das sehr gerne getan.
