For cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be deducted. For cancellations between 4 and 8 weeks before arrival 50% of the net rent has to be paid, the deposit will be charged with this amount. Cancellations later than 4 weeks before the arrival date are no longer possible, ie. in this case, the full net rent is payable.

Holiday destination
Passignano sul Trasimeno lies on the northern tip of Lake Trasimeno, from here it is only 10 km to the neighboring Tuscany. The picturesque seaside village offers a wonderful sandy beach, fabulous shopping and restaurants.
On the beach you can also rent bicycles, pedal boats and sailing boats. Especially in summertime Passignano and the surrounding villages are luring with many summer festivals and tourist attractions such as the "Palio delle Barche" in Passignano.
Every year in july the well-known throughout Europe Umbria Jazz Festival takes place. Here occurred already jazz icons such as Miles Davis and others. In less than an hour interesting towns such as Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Arezzo and Orvieto can be reached.
Getting there
By car: Take the A1 to Valdichiana, then take the Raccordo Siena - Perugia until Passignano est.
By train: Nearest mainline station is either Terontola, Cortona or Chiusi, change from here to Passignano sul Trasimeno.
By air: Nearest airport is Perugia San Egidio. From here it is 30 km to Passignano.

Host informationCasa Volpini was gradually restored and expanded over the years. We spend in our holiday home our holidays as well, it is every time again a dream, to enjoy Casa Volpini and the breathtaking view over the lake.

Wir haben in der Casa Volpini (Fewo Viola) einen wahrhaft goldenen Oktober erlebt. Die Natur ist herrlich idyllisch und von fast überall im Haus hat man einen Blick auf den See, in dem es Anfang Oktober noch warm genug zum Baden war. Das Haus, das absolut allein liegt, ist trotzdem per Auto schnell und bequem von Passignano aus dank der guten Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters zu erreichen. In Passignano findet man etliche Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vom Haus aus kann man auch direkt schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Gefallen hat uns auch die gute Ausstattung des Hauses, z.B. das sehr gemütliche Himmelbett, in dem man ganz toll schläft.

Sehr schöne abgelegene Ferienwohnung. Wir hatten das gesamte Haus, die Unterteilung ist super. Wir waren 7 Erwachsenen und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, aber man sollte keine Scheu vor Spinnen und sonstigem Krabbeltier haben. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist doch recht abenteuerlich, mit geeignetem Fahrzeug ist es aber gut zu bewältigen. Die Austattung der Küche und die Einrichtung des Hauses ist wirklich toll, aber es gibt sehr viele Schnick-Schnack der schön anzusehen aber zerbrechlich ist.
