Our holiday home is located directly on the quiet banks of the Moselle, in the immediate vicinity of the Moselle meadow and the vineyards of the Zell Black Cat.
Use the garden for barbecue, sunbathing etc. In front of the garden begins directly the Moselle meadow as well as cycling and hiking trails. Behind the house start vineyards which invite you to go hiking and mountain biking.
Drive down the Moselle through Zell until you see a small fountain (Johannesbrunnen) on the left side of the road. Please ring here at number 13, we will bring you to the holiday home (3 houses further on) and explain everything to you.

§ 5 Mietvertrag (enthalten in unseren AGBs)
Nach dem Eingang der in der Rechnung angeforderten Anzahlung, wird aus der unverbindlichen Reservierung ein
verbindlicher Mietvertrag. Sollte keine Anzahlung angefordert werden so ist der Mietvertrag mit
Zustellung der Rechnung verbindlich. Diese AGB sind Teil des Mietertrages den Sie durch Ihre Anzahlung oder
Unterlassen eines Widerspruchs akzeptieren. Sollte die Anzahlung nicht wie in der Rechnung angefordert auf dem Konto
des Vermieters eintreffen, verfällt der Anspruch auf die in der Reservierung vereinbarten Konditionen. Bei der Stornierung
eines verbindlichen Mietvertrages fallen 80% der ursprünglichen Mietsumme an. Die Summe reduziert sich um die
Summe, die durch anderweitige Vermietung eingenommen werden konnte. Es empfiehlt sich eine
Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen.
