Holiday destination
The center of Groet is about 600 meters away. There you will find all the shops; bakery, butcher, bicycle rental, restaurants, and "cozy" terraces. During the summer months, Groet offers a night market every Monday evening. Together with Bergen and Schoorl, Groet provides a very rich range of everything on a small scale.
There are fantastic cycling and hiking trails through dunes and forest areas and hundreds of kilometers of sandy beaches. The mountain bike route that starts in Schoorl/Groet is well-known. © B-Homewithus
Getting there
1. About 10 km before Amsterdam, head towards Haarlem - Alkmaar.
2. At Alkmaar, turn off following the signpost for Ring Alkmaar (West).
3. At the roundabout, take the direction towards Den Helder. This is where the motorway ends.
4. Continue on the ring road towards Den Helder, along the North Holland Canal, until just before Schoorldam. There, head towards Schoorl.
5. At the first fork, keep right. Continue straight towards Camperduin to Groet.

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr nett empfangen. Das Häuschen ist toll. Sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vor dem Haus der Kanal, hinter dem Haus der Deich, schöne Plätze um die Natur und die Ruhe zu genießen. Einfach ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub.
