Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of Euro 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of Euro 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance and are happy to provide individual advice!

Casale San Giovanni is located in the Maremma in the province of Grosseto. It is about 3.5km away from the small village of Cura Nuova, situated between Follonica and Massa Marittima. In Cura Nuova, there is a small mom-and-pop store for daily needs as well as a restaurant.
The seaside resort of Follonica is approximately 10km away. Near Follonica, there are two beaches called Torremozza and Carbonifera; moreover, you will find in Follonica all shopping facilities, banks, pharmacies, and similar amenities.

Am Rande eines Waldgebietes liegt die Oase San Giovanni. Die Zimmer sind umfangreich ausgestattet und lassen alle Möglichkeiten der Selbstverpflegung zu. Sehr weitläufig und gepflegt, sauber und durch die Familie dem dieses Anwesen gehört, eine familiäre und sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Region lässt viele Aktivitäten sowohl sportlich (Radfahrer aufgepasst ein ideales Gebiet zum trainieren) Laufen oder Walking sind kein Problem. Kulturelle Unternehmungen sind vom Startpunkt San Giovanni ideal, der Strand in Follonica gut zu erreichen.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Frau Hämmerle die uns kompetent und sehr schnell vor Ort diese Unterkunft vermitteln hat. Wenn Toskana dann nur noch über ihre Agentur.

Das Casale San Giovanni liegt mitten in einem liebevoll und weitläufig angelegtem Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Ein idealer Standort um ans Meer zu gelangen oder eine Stadt zu besichtigen.
Die Besitzer wohnen auf dem Anwesen und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Man kann sie jederzeit ansprechen und sich Anregungen holen an welchen Strand oder welches Lokal man in der näheren Umgebung besuchen kann.
Oder man hat auch die Möglichkeit einen ruhigen Tag an den mit Schirmakazien umringten Pool zu verbringen.
Im Casale waren wir bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal!
