Cancellation policy
The guest pays 20% of the booking price in order to confirm the reservation. The remaining 80% of the price is paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer 3 days before arrival. In case the guest cancels the reservation at least 15 days before arrival, the guest gets full refund, however if the guest cancels the reservation in less than 15 days before arrival, we keep the 20% advance payment.

Holiday destination
The house is located in a small village near to the beach and cities like Umag, Novigrad and Porec where at summer are organized festivities like ATP in Umag. The place is excellent to bicycle, run and to do other sports. Also this region is known for truffles, olive oil and wine.. Another speciality of this region are small cities with interesting history. Also the great location allows guests to calmly visit some very known places like Umag, Novigrad, Porec, Portorož and others.
Getting there
After the entrance in Croatia on the roundboat take the second exit for direction Pula then after cca 8 km take exit Brtonigla /Nova vas.After exit of higway turn righ and drive for the 1.5 km then turn right on the indication for the Brtonigla/Buje.
After cca 3 km turn left for Fiorini/Karigador.
After arriving in the place take the fourth street on the right, the house is the last on the left in the street.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Der Pool wird regelmäßig am Morgen gereinigt. Toller Grillplatz auf der Rückseite vom Haus.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und in 4 Einzelne Appartment aufgeteilt. War also perfekt für unsere 3 Familien.
Es ist zwar nicht mehr die neueste Einrichtung, aber es funktioniert alles einwandfrei!
Preis/Leistung ist einfach unschlagbar!!

Wir haben dieses Haus mit 4´Familien gebucht und können nur sagen das es rundum ein schöner Urlaub war.
Adriano und seine Frau sind super Gastgeber und haben uns schon bei der Ankunft mit leckern Kleinigkeiten begrüßt, zur Halbzeit gab es dann auch noch sehr leckern selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Likör , dafür nochmal Dankeschön.
Der Grillplatz und die Sitzlounge sind sehr schön angelegt und laden zu schönen geselligen Abenden ein.
Der Pool ist ein Traum ( und vor allem sehr sauber)vor allem für die Kids die sehr viel Spaß beim schwimmen und toben hatten.
Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, vor allem wegen Adriano der einem immer mit Rat und Tat bei Seite stand .
Nochmal vielen Dank für 2 schöne Wochen in Fiorini.
