The fully restored holiday home is nestled within a large property surrounded by lemon and orange trees. Around the house, there is a parking space, lawn, large veranda, and a barbecue terrace with sea view and ample outdoor furniture. The ground floor of the holiday home, which is also suitable for disabled guests, features a dining kitchen (with granite countertops, and upon request, a German coffee machine), a bedroom with TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom.
A staircase, accessible from both inside and outside, leads to the completely newly renovated upper floor in 2015: 2 cozy bedrooms (one with TV, the other with an extra bed if needed) with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
The decor is very loving and extensive.
Special feature: The upper floor can be reached via an internal staircase and an external staircase.

Excursion possibilities include Taormina (only about 15 km), the spectacular Alcantara Gorge (about 20 km), Catania (about 30 km), or Syracuse (about 90 km).
