Holiday destination
Texel, the largest Wadden Island, is a wonderful holiday destination for both young and old. You can enjoy the sea, beach, forest, and dunes, or the many local shops in the villages. This bungalow is located about 3 kilometers south of De Koog and 3 kilometers from the beach, at the edge of the forest.
Getting there
By car:
Coming from Utrecht towards Amsterdam, take the exit towards Zaanstad.
Then take the A7 towards Leeuwarden until the Den Oever exit.
From there to Den Helder, the ferry port is signposted.
On Texel:
From the ferry port, head north on the Pontweg (N501). At roundabout 10, turn right and continue to follow the traffic signs to De Waal. Just before leaving Den Burg, turn right into Waalderstraat. At the distinctive round glass building of OmnyAcc – on your left – make a sharp left onto Abbewaal. We are right at the end, until you can go no further, on the round square to the left of Gamma.
