If guest withdraws from the contract 90 till 61 days before the rent begins charges will be 25 % of the rent, 60 till 35 days before the rent begins charges will be 50 % of the rent, 34 till 2 days before the rent begins charges will be 80 percent of the rent, 1 day before the rent begins charges will be 90 % of the rent (this is applicable, too, if the guest does not show up at all). Other recreational opportunities
Many places of interest to visit (Irrel waterfall, Devils gorge, Muellertal, natureparks, museums and much more). There is an open-air swimming pool within walking distance in Oberweis and the Cascade baths in Bitburg. It is also easy to visit the historic cities of Vianden (Luxemburg)- 20 km, Luxemburg-City - 40 km or Trier - 36 km.
Holiday destination
Our house is situated in a beautiful location at the very end of a small countryroad, surrounded by meadows and forest and overlooks the Prüm river valley. It is the ideal place for relaxing and getting away from it all, or working un-disturbed, for children's adventures, walking or observing wildlife.
Getting there
By train: regional train Cologne-Trier, station Bitburg-Erdorf 12 km (transfer service) by car: highway A 60, exit Bitburg. Exit B 50 direction Vianden, Luxemburg. In Oberweis follow the road sign to Bettingen. At the entrance of the village turn left, cross the river Pruem. After the bridge turn left, follow the road sign "Altbettingen". Now you drive approx. 600 m. At the road fork you take the right road and then you will see our house. Welcome!

Angefangen von den herzlichen Vermietern über die geniale Lage mit herrlich kuscheligem Garten und Domizil :WohlfühlUrlaub von Anfang an! Auch unsere " Jägerin" " Ava" hat es sehr genossen und ( Gott sei Dank) den Hauskater nicht aufgefressen.... Liebe Regina, lieber Gerd, vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Für uns der perfekte Urlaub mit unseren 2 Hunden. Eine Bade- und Plantschstelle der Prüm ist vom Haus in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man ist von Wald und Feldern umgeben, herrlich ruhig zum Entspannen und Spazierengehen. Die Ferienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen - funktionell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Frau und Herr Delattre mit ihren beiden Hunden sind super nette und freundliche Vermieter. Wir waren jetzt schon 3 Mal hier, und wir sind sicher: wir kommen wieder.
