This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to the star criteria of the German Tourism Association. Depending on equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars.
The property is 1150m2. The beautiful fully fenced garden ends in a stone wall. There are 2 terraces of 20m2 each facing south and southwest. Plenty of wooden garden furniture on site. There is a garden house and a water connection outside for warm and cold water.
The solid wood furniture are bespoke pieces. The living area has comfortable upholstered furniture, a rocking chair, sofa and a masonry stove with stove bench lures you in to relax. The sauna can also be rented.
The kitchen with exclusive equipment opens into the dining and living room. The cosy dining nook offers sufficient space chat and play.

Our holiday home is located in a very quiet location at the end of a access road surrounded by forest and medows.
The beach (15 minutes on foot), the centre of Nebel, shopping, doctors and bike hire can be reached quickly and easily. The bus stop is located 200 m away.
You can reach Amrum by car via the A7 or A23, Heide, Husum, Dagebüll. At the Dagebüll ferry port, you have the option of parking your car in the paid car park, or taking it with you to the island. Please reserve a spot at faehre.de.
If you want to leave your car on the mainland, you can arrive via Nordstrand.
You can also take the train to the Dagebüll ferry port.

If a renter withdraws from the rental contract, they are authorized to find a replacement renter who will assume the house in full. If the renter does not find a replacement, the landlord will attempt to find another way to rent the house. If that does not occur, the renter must pay 90% of the rental costs.
