Cancellation policy
You can withdraw at any time from your booked trip. In this case, we calculate as compensation the following pro rata rents:
- after deposit, up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the rent - up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rent
- 7 days before arrival: 80% of the rent
All resignations must be in writing. Decisive is the date of receipt of the letter from the landlord. If the trip is interrupted during the stay, 100% of the contract price must be paid. If there is no cancellation and the renter does not travel, the same conditions apply.
In case of no-show without notice, the apartment will be vacated 24 hours after arrival. A right to purchase the object no longer exists. We recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance. If, due to unforeseen events such as accident or illness, you are unable to travel or have to leave unscheduled, this insurance will replace a large part of your cancellation costs. The insurance must be completed no later than 14 days after the booking has been completed.

A special highlight is a visit to Germany's largest amusement park, the Europapark. In the area there are many great swimming pools and lakes in the summer. In winter the ski resort Schwarzwaldhochstrasse is easily accessible. A great leisure pool, the panorama bath in Freudenstadt invites you too.
Holiday destination
Surrounded by forests and meadows, our house is very sunny and in absolute seclusion. The house has a 20000qm large area, so you are completely undisturbed. On foot you can reach a bakery. Alpirsbach with the monastery and the monastery brewery and many restaurants and shops is about 5 km away.
The house is the ideal starting point for hikes, but also for trips to the Europa Park or to Freiburg

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien. Wir waren 1 Woche dort (10 Erwachsene, 6 Kinder) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Alleinlage ist wirklich genial und die Kinder konnten sich richtig austoben. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und es ist alles da das man braucht. Es gibt eine schöne große Feuerstelle auf dem Grundstück die sich super eignet um mit allen zusammen zu grillen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren vier befreundete Familien und haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende im Ferienhaus Brestenberg verbracht. Wundervolle Lage, umgeben von Natur. Wunderbar ausgestattetes Haus, auch für kleine Kinder. Von Spielsachen, über Babybett bis hin zu Kinderhochstühlen.
Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche, an nichts hat es uns gefehlt.
Inklusive Sauna, die zur Erholung beigetragen hat.
Wir können das Ferienhaus Brestenberg wärmstens empfehlen. Nächstes mal würden wir auf jedenfall länger bleiben.
