Cancellation policy
You can withdraw at any time from your booked trip. In this case, we calculate as compensation the following pro rata rents:
- after deposit, up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the rent - up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rent
- 7 days before arrival: 80% of the rent
All resignations must be in writing. Decisive is the date of receipt of the letter from the landlord. If the trip is interrupted during the stay, 100% of the contract price must be paid. If there is no cancellation and the renter does not travel, the same conditions apply.
In case of no-show without notice, the apartment will be vacated 24 hours after arrival. A right to purchase the object no longer exists. We recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance. If, due to unforeseen events such as accident or illness, you are unable to travel or have to leave unscheduled, this insurance will replace a large part of your cancellation costs. The insurance must be completed no later than 14 days after the booking has been completed.

A special highlight is a visit to Germany's largest amusement park, the Europapark. In the area there are many great swimming pools and lakes in the summer. In winter the ski resort Schwarzwaldhochstrasse is easily accessible. A great leisure pool, the panorama bath in Freudenstadt invites you too.
Holiday destination
Surrounded by forests and meadows, our house is very sunny and in absolute seclusion. The house has a 20000qm large area, so you are completely undisturbed. On foot you can reach a bakery. Alpirsbach with the monastery and the monastery brewery and many restaurants and shops is about 5 km away.
The house is the ideal starting point for hikes, but also for trips to the Europa Park or to Freiburg

Wieder haben wir mit unserer Großfamilie eine geniale Woche im Haus Brestenberg verbracht. Dieses tolle Haus in wundervoller Lage, ist für unsere Familien-Bande einfach optimal, was Größe, Ausstattung und Lage angeht. - Ankommen und sich wohl fühlen. - Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Küche und Einrichtung lassen kaum einen Wunsch offen. Die Alleinlage im Wiesental ist für unsere Kinder, als auch für uns Erwachsene einzigartig. In den Außenanlagen und im Haus haben Kinder viele Möglichkeiten, auch mal ohne Aufsicht zu spielen. Ums Haus gibt es viele schöne Sitz-Plätzchen um den Urlaub mit der Familie gemeinsam zu genießen.

Wir haben als Großfamilie (11 Erwachsene, 8 Kinder) ein Wochenende im Haus Brestenberg verbracht. Alle hatten sehr schöne Zimmer, die Küche ist prima ausgestattet und das Gelände ums Haus war richtig toll! Dank des schönen Wetters haben wir es auch super nutzen können. Es gibt sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Sitzgelegenheiten für mehrere Personen. Die Alleinlage und das Nichtvorhandensein von Straßenverkehr in der Nähe des Hauses machen es möglich, auch jüngere Kinder einfach mal laufen zu lassen. Der Rasen war frisch gemäht, sodass auch der Kickplatz schön zu bespielen war. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, zügig und sehr freundlich. Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende!

Es ist großartig, dass die Zimmer für alle ausreichend Platz boten und die Küche gut ausgestattet war – das ist uns sehr wichtig! Auch die Möglichkeit, das Gelände bei schönem Wetter zu genießen, klingt nach einer perfekten Zeit für Groß und Klein.
Wir freuen uns besonders, dass die ruhige Lage des Hauses es Ihnen ermöglicht hat, die Kinder unbesorgt spielen zu lassen. Es ist schön zu wissen, dass der frisch gemähte Rasen und der Kickplatz gut genutzt wurden!
