Explore the historical cities of Ladenburg and Weinheim, the "Neckartal" with its three castle ruins, the Castle of Schwetzingen with its exceptionel garden structures and its concerts, enjoy a day trip to Baden-Baden and its Casino, a day trip to Straßburg in France or the vineyards of the Pfalz and the Bergstraße.
Holiday destination
The holiday flat is situated in the old down just a stonethrow away from pedestrian area. Within walking distance you find the Castle of Heidelberg, the Old Bridge and the Old University as well as the theatre, coffee-shops, restaurants and boutiques. The "Neckarwiese" is about 10 minutes walk away to do some gym or jogging. Or you prefer to have a little walk on the Philosophenweg where noone less than Goethe already enjoyed the panoramic view on the Castle and the old town. Public transportation services and the mainstation can also be reached in walking distance.
If you arrive by car you find two garages (extra charge) nearby.

If you arrive by car you reach us using A 5.
The distance to the airports of Frankfurt and Stuttgart is approx. 90 km each.
You reach the mainstation by bus, taxi and even by feet in less than 20 minutes.
If you let us know in advance which way you want to come in, we will find the best way to reach the flat.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, geräumig und ausgezeichnet gelegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Wetter spielte freundlicherweise mit und so lud die grosse Dachterrasse zum ausgiebigen Verweilen ein. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir die ruhige Lage im Rückgebäude, die einen Puffer bildet zum regeren Treiben in der kleinen Strasse mit grossem Spielplatz bzw. der Fussgängerzone. Ein kleines französisches Café nur wenige Meter entfernt bietet auch am Sonntag frische Croissants, die ihren Namen verdienen......dem Urlaubsgefühl steht also absolut nichts im Wege. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Heidelberg-Trip und diese Traumwohnung möge dann bitte für uns frei sein.
