Holiday destination

In the villages, you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, cozy terraces, and for those seeking culture, several museums. Getting there
By car:
Coming from Utrecht towards Amsterdam, take the exit towards Zaanstad.
Then take the A7 towards Leeuwarden until the Den Oever exit.
From there to Den Helder, the ferry port is signposted.
On Texel:
From the ferry port, head north on Pontweg (N501). At roundabout 10, turn right and continue to follow the traffic signs to De Waal. Just before leaving Den Burg again, turn right into Waalderstraat. At the distinctive round glass building of OmnyAcc – on your left – make a sharp left onto Abbewaal. We are right at the end, until you can go no further, on the round square to the left of Gamma.

Die kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung liegt am Ortsrand von De Koog und man kann zu Fuß in 15 min sowohl den Strand als auch das Ortszentrum erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, auch das W-Lan funktionierte bestens. Unsere Hündin Verona hat sich im kleinen eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt.
