Cancellation policy
MKF may charge a flat-rate cancellation fee, taking into account the following breakdown according to the proximity of the time of cancellation to the contractually agreed start of the stay, as a percentage of the holiday property price as follows:
- up to the 90th day before the start of occupancy 20 %.
- from the 89th to the 70th day before the start of occupancy 30 %.
- from the 69th to the 51st day before the start of occupancy: 40%.
- from the 50th to the 31st day before the start of occupancy 80 %.
- from the 30th day until the start of occupancy 90 %.

The southern French seaside resort of Carqueiranne is not far from the palm town of Hyères. The sandy beaches near Hyères on the Côte d'Azur are considered a surfer's paradise and the old town of Hyères means pure Provence. At the side of the connecting road to the peninsula of Giens, flamingos are founding in the last still operated saltworks of the Côte d'Azur.
Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in a friendly residential area on the beach. One lives here in the western part of the Cote d'Azur and in the classical Provence, e.g. to Aix-en-Provence one needs only 1 hour by car. The location is therefore very practical for excursions and relaxing.
Getting there
Departure should be made on Saturday to 9 clock.
Bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.

Für unsere Zwecke/Urlaubsziele - Großeltern mit junger Familie inkl. zwei Enkeln (4 und 5 J. alt) - sehr nahe an der "eierlegenden Wollmilchsau" !
Großzügiges, gut eingerichtetes Haus, zwei schöne Terrassen mit unterschiedlichem Ambiente, toller Pool, nur wenige Schritte zum Meer/Strand, sehr nette Vermieter.
Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes und grosses haus mit unfassbar tollem meerblick und super schönem pool.unglaublich toll gepflegt,tip top sauber,in der küche waren alle erdenklichen geräte vorhanden,waschmaschine nutzbar,ganz süsse bäder,klimanalage in jedem schlafzimmer,kamin,eigentümer sehr,sehr lieb,garage und auch die tobenden kinder hat niemand gestört.das haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen aber sehr schönen strand mit restaurant und kaffeebar. Um die ecke auch direkt ein kleiner hafen und ein paar wenige geschäfte. Ein traumhaus,was uns beste erholung geboten hat und wir jedem nur weiter empfehlen können. :0)...es war ein ganz toller urlaub.danke nochmal dafür!
