Holiday destination
About 4.6 kilometers far from the house, you will find the city of Inca. There you will find gas stations, a hospital, pharmacies, lots of restaurants and shops, supermarkets, etc
When you leave Inca heading to Lluc you will pass by Selva and afterwards go into a valley, there lays the village of Caimari. There you will find some bars with a good atmosphere, especially during the night from the 16th to the 17th of august (during these dates take place the annual celebrations of the village). The town is famous for its good olive oil, which is elaborated there. At the olive mill “La Tafona” you can see all the process of making olive oil; furthermore they have a good restaurant.
The next beaches are situated in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia. You will reach them in less than half an hour. In the west of the island you will find the magnificent mountain range of the Serra de Tramuntana with lots of nice spots. Very famous is the small bay “La Calobra”.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem Haus und ich muss sagen uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und ausgestattet(die Bilder hier sind teilweise veraltet was Austattung angeht).Vom Toaster zur Mikrowelle,Spülmaschine,Waschmaschine etc sogar Tabs für die Spülmaschine waren da,Verschiedene Teesorten etc.Die Aussenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird vom Besitzer alle 2 Tage gewässert.Der Hausherr ist ein sehr netter Mann der aber nur Spanisch spricht was aber mit Händen und Füßen doch kein Problem war.Er brachte uns sogar eine sehr leckere Ensaimada vorbei was ich so auch noch nicht erlebt habe obwohl wir schon einige Häuser ausprobiert haben.Auch die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ist super zum entspannen.Preis und Leistung verdienen mindestens 5 Sterne.Kann das Haus nur empfehlen.

Die Lage etwas oberhalb von Inca in Richtung des früheren Klosters Santa Magdalena bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über Inca hinweg auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge. Wir haben die Terasse mit der Außenküche inkl. Grill sehr genossen. Auch das ausreichend große und gut gepflegte Schwimmbad sowie der jeden 2. Tag vom super-freundlichen spanischen Vermieter gewässerte Garten haben uns gut gefallen. 20 Min. bis Alcudia u. Palma waren für uns ein weiteres Argument für unsere Wahl, die wir nie bereut haben.
