Cancellation policy
The customer has the option to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed: • for withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price. • for withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price. • for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price. If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obligated to pay the total price. No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure. The customer has the right to nominate a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.

Holiday destination
The small town of Terme Vigliatore is located right by the sea and is about 12 km from Milazzo. Everything you need for daily life is available and within a few minutes' reach. Many excursion destinations such as the rock monastery of Tindari, the nature reserve Laghetti di Marinello with its fantastic sandy beaches, the Norman castle complex, and the historic old town of Milazzo and much more can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
Getting there
Please take the Barcellona P.G. exit on the A20 Messina - Palermo highway if you are coming from the direction of Messina or Catania. If you are coming from the direction of Palermo, please take the Falcone exit.

Untergebracht in der ersten Reihe waren wir begeistert von dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Äolischen Inseln. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Kühlschränke und zwei Bäder. In der Küche sind sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden. Zudem war die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, um regelmäßig zu kochen. Lediglich die Weingläser könnten besser sein. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel ging ohne Probleme von statten. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser Anlage und prinzipiell ist die Anlage sehr schön. Leider hatten wir die Wohnung in der 3. Reihe und diese liegt direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse, wenn man im Bett liegt fahren die Autos in etwa 3m Entfernung vorbei. Trotz geschlossenen Fenster (was schon sehr unangenehm ist) ist schlafen ohne Oropax unmöglich. Eigentlich unzumutbar. Gut geschlafen haben wir in diesen 2 Wochen keine einzige Nacht. Ansonsten ist das Appartement okay, zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Küche eher nur für Kleinigkeiten gedacht, also minimalistisch ausgestattet. Was ich auch schade finde und so von Italien nicht gewohnt bin es würden die ganzen 2 Wochen weder Handtücher noch Bettwäsche gewechselt, auch gereinigt wurde die Wohnung nicht. Das Pool ist schön und der Strand auch.
