In the event of a cancellation of the travel contract, each traveler must pay cancellation fees, in addition to any possible reservation fees. The following conditions apply for the cancellation of travel contracts with self-arranged travel: * for cancellations up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total travel cost; * for cancellations from the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the total travel cost; * for cancellations from the 28th day up to the day of arrival: 90% of the total travel cost; * for cancellations on the arrival day or later: the entire travel cost.

Getting there

You will receive an email from us three days before your arrival with further practical information about your trip and stay, such as the check-in protocol.
