Cancellation policy
We would like to point out that the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulation (AGBH2006) apply in the event of cancellation. Should you arrive late or depart early the days booked will be charged for in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Regulation.
Only cancellations in writing will be accepted.

Holiday destination
Your active holiday starts right on your doorstep. In the summer you can go hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking, and in the winter you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and you can go on winter strolls. Paragliding is an option all year round. With the Schlick 2000 skiing area and the Stubai Glacier only a 3-minute walk away, you are guaranteed the most breath-taking views both in the summer and in the winter.
On a car-free holiday - with the Stubai Super Card - you can easily reach all the amenities thanks to our central location
Getting there
Coming from Innsbruck take the Brennerautobahn A13 to the Schönberg exit, then continue on the Bundesstraße until exit Fulpmes/Telfes, Skizentrum Schlick 2000. From here you simply follow the signs pointing you to Schlick 2000. From the Schlick car park continue straight along Tschaffinis and take a left into Huiratweg. You have reached your destination.
Please note: In order to use the Autobahn you must have a sticker (vignette). You can obtain these at any border crossing and petrol station. Use of the Brennerautobahn A13 is subject to a toll.

Wir haben eine perfekte Auszeit im Haus Möderndorfer genossen! Auch bei nicht so ganz gutem Wetter hatten die Möderndorfers immer tolle Tipps und wir könnten es uns mit der hauseigenen Infrarotkabine richtig gemütlich machen. Dank Wickeltisch und perfekter Babyausstattung war es auch mit unserem 6 Monate alten Baby eine sehr entspannte Reise.
Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!
