Walk or take the cable car from the village up to the top of Hochfelln Mountain.
On a clear day you can enjoy a spectacular view over the Alps and the Chiemgau region with lake Chiemsee.
In the Chiemgau area there are several quite beautiful lakes for swimming, walking and cycling.
Special excursions: Berchtesgaden, Königsee Untersberg and Almbachklamm and Kugelmühle
On rainy days it´s ideal to visit Salzburg, several museums, Schloss Herrenchiemsee the castel of King Ludwig, or just have a wellness day. You can take a train from Bergen to Munich to visit the Oktoberfest.

of theAlps within easy reach of the motorway and the train station.

By car: Autobahn München (Munich)-Salzburg, exit Bergen. turn left for Bergen.
Drive about 1,5 km to Bergen. Take the second turn on the right into Schwimm
badweg. After about 100 m on the left you can see Bettis Bungalow.

Bettis Bungalow ist das ideale Domizil für einen Urlaub allein oder zu zweit (mit Hund) im Chiemgau. Das Haus war bei Ankunft extrem sauber, ist perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man im (Urlaubs-) Alltag so braucht. Die Betten sind super bequem, Matratzen und Bettdecken von hervorragender Qualität, Kopfkissen in verschiedenen Varianten. Die Küche ist modern und umfassend mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Auch das Bad ist neu und sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Ein gepflegter und komplett eingezäunter Garten mit Sträuchern und Blumen umgibt das Haus.
Vom Haus weg führen lange Spazierwege durch Wiesen und Moor oder Wald, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit Hund verreist.
Von der 2 km entfernten Autobahn hört man nichts. Ein Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in Bettis Bungalow sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist alles da und noch viel mehr was man im Urlaub so benötigt.Die Lage ist auch gerade für Hundebesitzer perfekt ,nach wenigen Schritten ist man im Feld oder Wald umgeben von einem plätschernden Bach.Frau Sigl ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin ,man merkt einfach das es ihr wirklich wichtig ist,das die Gäste sich wohlfühlen .Wir werden Bettis Bungalow gerne wieder besuchen und auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
