Cancellation policy
The landlord recommends taking out a European travel cancellation insurance with an insurance company of the holiday guest's choice - available at travel agencies or insurance companies (Note: This must be taken out shortly after the booking has been made due to insurance conditions!!!) In case of cancellation of the booking/rental agreement, the claim to the agreed compensation remains. The reasons for not commencing the trip are irrelevant. This also applies to early departure. In the event of cancellation or early departure of the holiday guest, there is a flat-rate claim to fees (in percent of the total invoice amount) up to 60 days before the start of the rental 30%, 59 - 30 days before the start of the rental 60%, from 29 days before the start of the rental or in case of no-show 90%.

Getting there
!! IMPORTANT NOTE !! On Google, your holiday home appears to be right next to the highway - this is only correct in terms of the aerial distance perspective. However, San Juan de Capistrano is located up on the hill and the highway runs through a tunnel in the mountain. Depending on the wind direction and traffic conditions, slight traffic noises can be heard outside, which are generally not considered disturbing, as the open part of the highway is far away and it is not heavily trafficked. The main traffic occurs between MALAGA and NERJA (highway exit 1). Otherwise, purchasing this property after a 14-day 'trial living' would not have been considered at all : ))

Nach 5 Wochen wollten wir gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, durch das schöne Wetter, jeden Tag auf der großen Terrasse mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, die herrliche Lage dieser Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Meer. Unser Gastgeber Herr Röher antwortete innerhalb von einer Stunde auf Fragen und hat immer Hilfe angeboten. Top Betreuung. Stromrechnung haben wir gegen die Kaution gegengerechnet und die Resterstattung war am nächsten Tag auf unserem Konto. Alles top, so wie man es sich wünscht! Bitte so weitermachen! Wir sind im nächsten Jahr wieder im Februar in Nerja, aber leider war da schon jemand schneller beim Buchen :-), sodass wir in 2026 ausweichen müssen. Alles Gute Andrea und Guido

3 Jahre in Folge, eingentlich sagt das alles aus! Wir lieben diesen Aufenthaltsort sehr. Herr Röher ist in allen Fragen schnell zur Stelle, ist sehr umsichtig und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung mit der wirklich großen Terrasse ist wunderbar und ruhig, man hat einen tollen Blick über Nerja und das Meer. Die Wohnung selber ansprechen und mit allem was man braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut ,sogar wenn man eine engagierte Köchin ist findet man alles. Sind schon wieder am buchen. Vielen Dank auch an Herrn Röher für seine Hilfe.
