Cancellation policy
4-Cancellation
4.1.The main tenant has the right to cancel a booking in writing, without costs, no later than 8 days after signing the agreement, unless the stay at the chalet takes place within one month after signing.
4.2.After the period mentioned in 4.1 has passed, the tenant is only entitled to cancel in writing by agreeing to the following cancellation fees: a) if canceled 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the invoice b) if canceled less than 6 weeks before the day of arrival: the full invoice amount, thus 100%
4.3.The cancellation of the booking by the (main) tenant is also considered a cancellation for all (additional) tenants.
4.4.A cancellation dated on a Saturday or Sunday or on a public holiday recognized in the Netherlands is considered a cancellation from the following working day.
4.5.The cancellation of the agreement (as described in 4.1. to 4.4) must be carried out via email with acknowledgment of receipt or by registered mail.
4.6.Olmenchalets does not offer cancellation insurance. Olmenchalets points out that it is possible to take out cancellation insurance with an external provider.

The chalet is located at Chalet Park "Het Olmenduin in Serooskerke" and is easily accessible. It's just a 6-minute drive from the A58 motorway.
The chalet is centrally located on the Walcheren peninsula. The Zeeland beaches are just a few minutes away. Historical cities like Middelburg, Veere, and Domburg are within cycling distance, and the beautiful surroundings are perfect for hiking.
The area is filled with tourist activities. There's something for everyone.
Tourist markets, cruises, beaches, cafés, culture, etc.
You can rent bicycles, learn to water ski, surf, or kite surf, etc.
In case of bad weather, you can visit the Delta Works, the Arsenal, or an indoor playground.

Check-in daily from 3:00 PM
During the high season, the arrival day is Friday. The chalet is then rented out on a weekly basis.

Nachdem wir letztes Jahr schon im Olmenchalet gewohnt haben und alles super war, wollten wir unbedingt wiederkommen aber diesmal in einem etwas größeren Chalet. Das Chalet hat eine super Größe. Vor allem von der Küche mit Spülmaschine war ich begeistert. Das Chalet ist super schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Alles war sauber, vor allem auch die Küchenutensilien und das Geschirr. Der Kontakt mit Frau Fase war wiedermal ausgesprochen freundlich. Leider hat das Wetter diesmal nicht so mitgespielt, trotzdem war es wieder eine schöne Zeit. Ich denke wir werden auf jedenfall immer mal wieder hier Urlaub machen. Zeeland ist und bleibt einfach die schönste Region in den Niederlanden.

Liebevoll und zugleich funktional eingerichtete Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegter Zustand. Zentrale Lage auf Walcheren, sehr netter Service vor Ort und bei der Vermittlung. Brötchenservice, Restaurant vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir waren bereits 2x dort und haben auch diesem wieder einen wunderschönen Oster-Kurzurlaub in einem Olmenchalet verbracht. Absolut empfehlenswert !
