The house is situated in a very quiet residential area very near to Barber. Barber is a small town in the northwest of the island.
The nearest minimarket is about 2-3 minutes away by car, the nearest supermarket can be reached in about 10 minutes and even the capital of Willemstad is reached easily in 25 -30 minutes.

Mir, meinem Mann und unsere erwachsenen Kindern hat es auf Anhieb gefallen. Man hat alles was man braucht um zu erholen. Schöne Schlafzimmer, super Außenküche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Den Pool direkt vorm Haus, umringt von Palmen. An unsere Gastgeber ( Elke, Susanne und Christopher) ein super dickes Lob. Sehr familiär und hilfsbereit. Tischreservierung oder Ausflüge
wurden uns empfohlen und auch gebucht. Man fuhr dann mit dem Mietauto ( auch dort erhältlich) einfach hin. Man wird vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Supermärkte und Minimärkte sind einfach zu erreichen. Das schönste sind die supercoolen vielen Strände die uns Elke auf einer Karte markiert hat. Einfach Erlebnisreich.

Das Ferienhaus Tikki Balu befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten und wunderschönen kleinen Apartmentanlage. Die Zimmer wie auch das ganze Haus sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der großen Außenküche findet man alles was zum täglichen benötigt. Die Anlage verfügt über 2 Pools, sowie eine große Palapa in der regelmäßig zum Cocktail eingeladen wird. Das Team Don Genaro ( Elke, Susanne und Christopher) erfüllen jeden machbaren Wunsch wie zum Beispiel einen Tisch im Restaurant reservieren, Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Das was das Team dort anbietet und leistet geht weit über den normalen Service hinaus. Die Entfernung zu den schönsten Strände auf der Insel ist optimal und sind mit dem Wagen in 5-15 min zu erreichen. In der Anlage befindet sich eine Tauchbase die von Central Dive Curacao geführt wird.
