The holiday home is situated in one of the last, original, Lower Saxony hall houses on site. It was built 1863 and restored steadily since 1976. It also was refurbished and upgraded in the core areas.
The holiday apartment is entered over the hall door, through which you arrive in a wardrobe. The living room incorporates the entire former hall, which is furnished very homely with antiques. Over the living-room you can step into the modern kitchen, which is equipped with everything one needs.
A spacious, modern bathroom is provided with a shower, bathtub and washing machine. The hall also leads to the two bedrooms, which are as well caringly furnished with antiques, without having to eschew sleep comfort.
Bed linen, towels and internet usage are included.
The vehicle can be parked right in front of the holiday home. Two bikes are available for our guests, we also have another bike for children.

As the name Fischerhude already reveals, the waters around are very rich in fish and invite for fishing, if a fishing license exists
Geest and moor landscape offer much space for extended hikes by foot or bike. The Hamme, Wümme and Wörpe streams drawing through the Geest and Moor invite to canoe rides.
Cultural offers: Fischerhude is 5 km away, Worpswede 10km and Bremen 25 km. But also Hamburg can be reached by car. In the locality of 5-10 minutes by car you find enough supermarkets and in Fischerhude a great organic market.
By bike or car! By bike over a neat cycle path network, by car over the Autobahn A1 or A 27.
The holiday apartment is located at the street Dorfstraße, one of the typical Finndorff street villages at the edge of Teufelsmoor. Jürgen Christian Findorff cultivated this area as a moor commissioner from circa 1750 by order of the Hanoverian king. Until this time the area could not be populated. 100 years later this region was discovered by the so-called Worpsweder artists because of it´s uniqueness.

If other holiday guests are arriving at the day of departure, the apartment would have to be cleared by no later than 10 a.m.
