Cancellation policy
If you cancel the holiday you booked with us, we are obliged to charge a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is 50 % up to 12 weeks prior to your arrival, and after this it will be 80 % of the rate.
It goes without saying that we will do our best to rent the property out to other guests in order to keep the economic damage to a minimum.

Villa Julia is in Costa Calma in the south of Fuerteventura. This quiet place is embedded in a nature reserve and one of Europe's most beautiful beaches. This location has everything for holidaymakers looking for a relaxed atmosphere and those who would like to choose from a range of good restaurants and bars. A number of well-stocked supermarkets have everything that you need in daily life.
What is particularly impressive is the desert landscape through which you can walk in no more than one hour towards the west coast of the island.
Getting there
Costa Calma is located in the south of Fuerteventura, with its famous long sandy beaches. Here, at the home of the summer, you will have sunshine all year round. Hike across a plain that will leave you speechless or simply walk along the extensive beaches and unwind from the stresses of day-to-day life. Or maybe you are looking to get a little bit more active, and you would like to go diving, swimming, surfing, play tennis or golf. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa Julia. Die Villa hat alles was man braucht, eine tolle Lage, wunderbare Aussicht, man hat seine Ruhe. Die Übergabe mit Vera und Jose Arizmendi war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten waren sauber und top gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder. LG
