Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy: up to 60 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge and the deposit will be refunded. Up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be returned in the case of a replacement booking or offset against another stay. From the 30th day until arrival, in the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

From 01/01 to 12/31/2024, our guests will receive the Almen-Card-Plus, which means they can use all public regional transport in South Tyrol for free and without limits, as well as free entry to 80 museums, castles, and palaces, and discounts in shops. A great program of activities and children's events, which takes place in our holiday region, is also free with the Almen-Card-Plus, including climbing courses, carriage rides, knight games, guided hikes, and much more.
Furthermore, from 05/09 to 07/12/2024 and from 09/16 to 11/02/2024, you can use the mountain railways in our holiday region free of charge.
Holiday destination
Our holiday apartment is situated in a very quiet location, surrounded by meadows and forest with a beautiful view of the nearby mountains - about 15 km from Brixen and Bruneck.
There are a variety of beautiful hikes and excursions available. A great active program, as well as a children's program, is included with the Almen-Card-Plus.
Getting there
Leave the Brenner motorway at Brixen and take the Pustertal road towards Bruneck.
Passing Mühlbach, you will come to Niedervintl, and following the main road you will reach Obervintl, we are located about 200m after the end of the village on the left side of the road, turn left here.
