Special features
The vacation apartment lies in a historical building that was named "Kate" and is ofer 200 years old. We restored it in 2002 without changing the historical character.

Guests have the use of a Billard and outdoor ping pong table as well as three bicycles.
Holiday destination
The holiday home lies in a little village surrounded by farms with agriculture and an asparagus farm. The main house of this village is a hotel. There are no buses but you can easily reach Sanitz (7km) by car or bicycle. Sanitz has several supermarkets and a bakery. If you arrive by car via the A 20 motorway take the exit "Sanitz". A trip to the Baltic Sea and Fischland Darss takes 30 min by car, and Rostock is 20 min away. The Island of Rügen can be reached in just over one hour by car.
Getting there
Arriving by car: From Rostock on B 110 to Sanitz, L 19 to Bad Sülze, in Reppelin to Wendorf and after that 1 km to Neu Wendorf. The same from A 20 to Sanitz,. From Berlin on the A 19 to Rostock, exit Sanitz, driving through Sanitz in direction to Bad Sülze. Arriving by train: Change in Rostock, taking the train to Sanitz. We will pick you up from the train station.

Wir waren vier Familien mit kleinen Kindern und haben ein paar Tage über Silvester hier verbracht. Durch die vier großen Schlafzimmer, den zwei großen Bäder und dem großzügigen Wohnbereich ist das Haus ideal für größere Gruppen. Das Haus ist in einem sehr schönen Dorf gelegen. Tolle Saune und Schwimmingpool, Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Familie Eben hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen.

wir verbrachten in Großfamilie in 3 Generationen einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung bietet für Jeden die Möglichkeit der Gemeinsamkeit, aber auch der persönliche Rückzug ist gegeben. Wir haben immer wieder festgestellt, dass die Fotos nicht zu viel versprochen haben. Das Schwimmen im Pool war für Groß und Klein ein Erlebnis, auch unser behinderter Sohn konnte den Pool nutzen.
