Cancellation policy
The following cancellations costs apply when you enter into a rental agreement:
Cancellation fee: EUR 55.00 with :
up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
44. – 30. day before arrival: 30% of the rental price
29. – 22. day before arrival: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before arrival arrival: 80% of the rental price
If there is a no-show or cancellation after the start of the rental, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. The aforementioned cancellation costs apply with the reservation of the tenant's right to prove that the loss of income are limited to the concrete losses from the lack of rental.

Scharbeutz is a lively and beautifully designed holiday resort with a 6 km long sandy beach.
With a number of shops, a newly built "Dune Mile" with cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity to the beach, there is plenty to do 365 days a year.
The Baltic Sea spa is in the immediate vicinity. The Hanasapark, Sierksdorf is only 5 km away.
Getting there
Arrival via the A1 to the "Pansdorf" exit to Scharbeutz. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, then via the Trelleborgstr. (behind the car park right) take a left and then a right again. Right at the next street on the right you'll find the holiday apartment.

Scharbeutzperle, eine perfekte Wohnung für Mensch und auch Hund, wir haben uns alle seeehr wohl gefühlt. Schon die kompetente, nette, persönliche Begrüßung ein Highlight. Mit dem Fahrstuhl bequem in die Wohnung, hier fehlt es an nichts, mit diversen Extras, auch für die Fellnase, wurden wir überrascht.
Nah zum Strand und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
