    Enjoy the beautiful Bergstrasse wine region (southern Hesse) for walking and hiking. Visit the landmark of our town, the “Kirchberg-Häuschen” on the vineyard with a wonderful view (45 minutes walk). Also the historic Fürstenlager and the large castle ruins “Auerbacher Schloss”. In the summer heat you can refresh yourself in the nearby bathing lake or swimming pool (only 900 m away). For climbers of all ages, we recommend the popular natural spectacle “Felsenmeer” in Reichenbach as a day trip (15 km) and our climbing hall in Bensheim.
    Holiday destination
    Popular, central and quiet residential location, directly in Bensheim-Mitte, in southern Hesse. With supermarket and bakery around the corner. Only 900 meters from the half-timbered old town and the vineyards. Fast highway connection to the A5 and A 67 (5 minutes). Enjoy our wine town Bensheim with the historic half-timbered old town and the adjacent vineyards for walking and mountain biking. Quick accessibility: Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Darmstadt, Mainz and Heidelberg (in 20-30 minutes via the A5/A67 highway). Frankfurt in 40-50 minutes.
    Getting there
    On the day of arrival, the accommodation will be ready for you from 3.00 pm. You can reach us directly via the highway A5, exit Bensheim. Or via the highway A67, exit Lorsch. We are located in a quiet residential area in the central western part of Bensheim between the A5 and the city center. You can walk directly from the house to the supermarket and bakery. The half-timbered old town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. A city map is available on our own homepage, see contact details.

    Im Vorfeld haben wir mit Frau Horster alle unsere Wünsche besprochen, die dann richtig toll umgesetzt waren. Ob Oma und Opa im separarten Apartment mit viel Ruhe oder unsere Familie mit 3 Kindern im großen PopArt-Souterrain und die Geschwister im Doppel und Einzelzimmer im Erdgeschoss... alle waren super zufrieden. Bequeme Betten, super saubere Zimmer, Küchen mit allem Drum und Dran. Ein Tisch wurde extra für uns auf 12 Personen vergrößert und auch im schönen Garten gab es einen Gruppentisch zum Grillabend. Bei der aktuellen Hitze konnen wir die XXL-Markise gut nutzen und schon zum Frühstück draußen alle frühstücken. Frau Horster gab uns bei der Begrüßung noch gute individuelle Tipps. Damit waren wir gut versorgt. Alles in allen ein toller gelungener Kurzurlaub in tollen modernen Unterkünften. Gerne wieder!

    Hier hat einfach alles für uns gepasst. Im Vorfeld haben wir bereits die Bettenverteilungen abgesprochen, wobei auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen wurde. Vor Ort war dann alles für uns aufgebaut. Uns haben die drei Wohnungen richtig gut gefallen. Auch den Garten konnten wir für unsere große Gruppe nutzen. Das neue Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, daher war am Abend Nachtruhe angesagt. Wir konnten aber auch selbst super schlafen in den bequemen Betten. Leckerer Bäcker um die Ecke wurde uns empfohlen, ebenso wie ein italienischer Pizza-Service mit Original Holzofenpizza. Wir hatten 3 sehr schöne Tage .
