The guest will be charged 15% of the total price if cancel until 30 days before arrival and from 30 to 100% of the prepayment if cancel in the 30 days before arrival.Depending on the possibilities to rent again the apartment.If the guest doesn’t show up he will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Wir sind zu zweit mit Hund gereist und hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit in Tirrenia. Das ganze Haus der Familie Furrer ist wunderschön und das ganze Anwesen sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Unsere Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss mit gemütlicher Terrasse und wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. Die Besitzer sind total sympathisch und waren bei Fragen jederzeit für uns da.
Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
