Holiday destination
The peaceful yet central location (1.2km to the so-called 'center' with many restaurants, shops, bars, etc.) on the natural southern side of Lake Klopein is just one of many points that distinguish our house.
Shopping facilities, tennis courts, restaurants, cafes, bars, discos, and boutiques are in the immediate vicinity, or in the nearby "center".
You can start your relaxing walk around Lake Klopein (5.4 km) partly directly along the lakeshore, right from your holiday home.
Golf course in the immediate vicinity (1km). Only 100m to the beautiful large beach meadow with buffet, children's playground, paddling pool, diving school, beach volleyball.
Getting there
From Salzburg direction:
A2 exit Grafenstein, - B70 -Tainach- St Kanzian a. Klopeiner See, through Seelach (east shore) to the south shore, staying by the lake for about 1km along the Süduferstraße.
From Vienna/Graz direction:
Coming from A2 take the exit Völkermarkt West towards Klagenfurt and after 500m turn left towards Tainach St Kanzian.
Generally, the Klopeinersee holiday region is very well signposted. Our house is located directly on the south side of the lake, you will drive right past the house!

Der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wenn es ein Problem gab wurde es sofort beseitigt. Der Preis für die Ferienwohnung unschlagbar günstig. Wir hatten eine Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Kopleiner See. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder und bleiben 1Woche länger.

Bei der Familie Brigitte u. Franz Slamanig haben wir eine Ferienwohnung mit Top Ausstattung, hier ist alles vorhanden vom Geschirr bis zum Eierkocher, so wie einer angenehmen Ruhe mit Badespass im Klopeiner See.
Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr und möchten der Fm. Slamanig sagen macht weiter so und danke für die schöne Woche sagt Brigitte u. Karl-Heinz
