From 3 months till up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge you 50 % of the price. Within 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee will be 70 % of the total price. Within the last week before arrival the cancellation fee will be 90 % of the total price.

Holiday destination
Ortisei is the main village of Val Gardena. To its nice pedestrian zone with its shopping area there are only 5 minutes walk. There you can visit one of the many restaurants or buy one of the famous carved wooden sculptures. In Ortisei you have the possibility to observe sculptors during work.
The cable cars are departing directly from town and take you to the 2500m of the Seceda or to the famous Seiser Alm.
To the swiming pool Mar Dolomit you walk from our house only 10 minutes.
The Ski-bus stops at only 2 minutes walk.

Sehr nette Vermieter und schöne Ferienwohnung. Als Rollstuhlfahrer waren für mich die Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl natürlich super. Brötchenservice klappte einwandfrei.
