Holiday destination
The villa is situated in a quiet village, on the edge of the so called Czech Paradise which is the part of UNESCO Geoparks, about 60 km northeast from Prague.
From the old town of a city of Mlada Boleslav is the village separated through a valley of the river Jizera, you cross the bridge and go with a lift to the quiet old town with some pubs, coffees, etc in about 12 minutes walk from the house.
The position of the villa is very good for various outings - to Czech - Bohemian Paradise, to Prague about 25 min. car drive to P+R, to Giant mountains - about 60 minutes or you could reach the Jizera Mountains in about 25 minutes drive you are in the new ski-resort, good for families, and also other skiresorts.
At the place you could make large walkings along the river, to use swimming place at the river or the municipal one, you will also find a lot of pubs, hiking roads, fish, horse riding, tennis, out or inside, squash, etc
