The nice holiday apartment is situated in a calm settlement about 3 km from the beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc.
The house belongs to a little group of 7 houses with a large pool area in a separated peace of land near to the houses.
There is a pool 8 x 14m, 400 m2 of terraces with sun beds, a shady pool house with WLAN, chairs, tables and a shower. 2 tenis courts can be used without of charge.
The golf course of Son Antem you can reach in about 15 minutes by car and the Airport in about 20 minutes.

If the tenant withdrawing from the contract should not place another tenant, the following amounts of damages become due:
- With travel resignation more than 3 months before the beginning of the travel: 10% of the total price.
- With resignation within 3 months until 4 weeks before travel beginning: 30% of the total amount.
- With resignation from 4 weeks to 14 days before travel beginning: 50% of the total amount.
- By resignation, starting from 14 days before travel beginning the total amount of renting becomes due.
