Cancellation policy
If the lessee cannot keep the booking date, he/she should let us know as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply to late cancellations:
80 to 60 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price (deposit)
59 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
from 29 days or less before arrival: 100% of the rental price

Getting there
- A 19 towards Rostock - take Röbel exit.
-Follow signs to Röbel.
- in Röbel, turn left at the first light, then turn right at the second light towards Hafen.
- At the roundabout: take the third exit to Marienfelde.
- After approx. 350 m, turn right into Seebadstraße.
- After approx. 2 km, turn right to the Seepark

Die Unterkunft war gut. Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine Gebrauchsanweisung für die Benutzung des Fersehers/Radio wäre schön gewesen, ein Fön wäre von Vorteil. Aber im grossen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur einige Meter von der Müritz entfernt, die Lage ist prima und die Umgebung einfach traumhaft!. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und super gemütlich, man fühlt sich sofort Zuhause. Herr Richter und sein Team machen einen klasse Job. Uns hat es super gut gefallen, dass wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort waren. Absolut zu empfehlen!!
