The holiday flat with 78 sqm and balcony is on the first floor. It has a kitchen-living room with dining area and tiled stove. The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa and a LCD TV. The living room can be used by a sliding door as a bedroom.
Furthermore the holiday flat has two bedrooms with LCD TV and DVD player and two bathrooms. A sauna is in the outside area. In the attic there is also a bedroom with an own bath. It is a very nice and exclusively arranged holiday flat.
At our private video shop at the reception you can rent movies from more than 200 free of charge. Child cots and high chairs can be borrowed at the reception for free as well.

55 km of footpaths invite you to explore the fantastic mountains of Hochkrimml. On seven varying footpaths you can experience and enjoy the breathtaking nature of the High Tauern National Park. Mountainbikers will be inspired by many possibilities to drive exciting and challenging bicycle tours.
Spend your holidays with the whole family relaxing at the lake "Speichersee Durlaßboden" or driving pedal boat. A minigolf course is only five minutes by car. Adventuresome people should not miss the high rope course, rafting on the river Gerlos or even paragliding. Marvel at the famous Krimmler waterfalls, which are with a height of 390 m the highest in Europe.
