Cancellation policy
The holiday let tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In the event of such a cancellation of the contract, the landlord is entitled to claim the following compensation:
Cancellation up to 45 days prior to start of rental, 10 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days prior to start of rental, 30 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days prior to start of rental, 60 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days prior to start of rental, 80 % of the rental fee
Cancellation 11 days prior to start of rental to the start of rental, 90 % of the rental fee
The holiday let tenant is entitled to provide a replacement tenant who will use the apartment over the agreed rental period. A processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged for such a change.

The holiday apartment lies at the heart of Angeln. Flensburg Fjord with its relaxing beaches can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
You can explore the local countryside with its hedges and beautiful hilly landscape on foot or by bicycle, or take a trip into the nearby town of Flensburg. Day trips to Denmark or to the west coast with the islands of Sylt, Föhr and Amrum are something you shouldn’t miss.
A supermarket can be reached by bicycle, and there is a good country restaurant (Landgasthof Neukrug) in Maasbüll itself.

Leider waren wir nur 2 Nächte auf der Durchreise bei der Familie Johannsen zu Gast. Wir wurden mit unserer 15-jährigen Tochter und unserem Hund herzlichst empfangen. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön modern liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Der große Garten ist ein Paradies mit Hühnern und Trampolin und jede Menge Platz. Die Familie Johannsen ist super nett. Nach Flensburg ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit und selbst mit dem Fahrrad wäre es kein Problem. Schade, daß wir nur so kurz da waren. Wenn wir wieder einmal aus dem südlichsten Ende Deutschlands nach Flensburg kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder in diese schöne Ferienwohnung zu so lieben Gastgebern. Danke!

Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. So saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnungen findet man nur selten! Hier fehlt einem wirklich nichts. Vom Babybett über Fön bis zur Waschmaschine ist alles da. Auch Kinder sind herzlich willkommen. Besonders schön fand unsere Tochter das Trampolin und die Tiere. Jeden Morgen wollte sie zu den Hühnern die Eier abnehmen, die Hasen füttern u Oskar streicheln. Familie Johannsen war/ist sehr freundlich u wir haben von ihnen tolle Tipps bekommen, was man unternehmen kann. Barfußpark, TolkSchau Park,tolle Spielplätze,der Strand u viele andere Dinge/ Ziele die man ansehen bzw erleben kann.
Für uns steht jetzt schon fest, dass wir noch einmal wieder kommen!!!
