In the event of cancellation, the following costs will be charged: - 25% of the total rental price for cancellations more than 3 months prior to arrival. - 50% of the total rental price for cancellations between 1 and 3 months prior to arrival. - 75% of the total rental price for cancellations between 14 days and 1 month before arrival. - 100% of the total rental price for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival. If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours of the agreed arrival date, this will be considered a cancellation.
