Cancellation policy
Payment and cancellation conditions
•Bookings are only considered final after a deposit of 20% of the rental price has been paid with corresponding confirmation of receipt
•We reserve the right to change prices
•Deposit of 20% of the rental price upon booking, 100% of the total cost by bank transfer no later than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period plus confirmation of receipt
•If the booking is cancelled up to 5 weeks before the rental period, any payments already made will be refunded minus a fee of €100.00.
•In case of later cancellation, there will be no refund of any payments already made
•A deposit of €200.00 in cash is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, minus any costs for damage to the property that was clearly caused by improper use by the tenant.
•Final cleaning of € 70.00 is not included in the rate and must be paid in cash on site.
•Electricity consumption will be charged at € 0.30/KWH upon departure based on actual consumption.
•Tourist tax of € 1.00 per person for max. 5 nights (max. € 5.00/PP) is also to be paid in cash

Holiday destination
Ostuni is located about eight kilometres inland from the Adriatic coast. The town centre is located on three hills overlooking the olive groves on the Adriatic coast. Enjoy both the peace and quiet of the property and the wonderful flair and life in the middle of the old town, less than 10 minutes on foot.
The countless sights and central location in Apulia, which is always easy to reach, are particularly appreciated by many guests. Whether it's the pool and pure relaxation, swimming in the sea or enjoying the evening in bars, restaurants or shopping... look forward to a whole other world here.
Getting there
For German guests, there are direct flights of around 2 hours from Munich, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden - and also Prague. Two airports in the immediate vicinity (Bari & Brindisi) allow for quick access. Car hires booked directly at the airport are inexpensive.
From the SS 379 expressway, exit at "Ostuni-Villanova" and follow the SP 20 towards Ostuni.
500 m after the fifth roundabout, turn right onto the small street near the red mailboxes (the town of Ostuni is on the left). After about 300 m (unpaved road) you will see the ivory gate to the property on the right.
