Cancellation policy
Consult your insurance if applicable. We provide a certificate upon request. ● Cancellation by the customer is free of charge up to 14 days after the confirmation of the ZenCabin proposal. This condition does not apply to last-minute bookings where the time between agreement and the start of the reservation is less than 14 days. ● For cancellations by the customer more than 45 days before the start date of the stay, 50% of the total amount will be charged. ● For cancellations by the customer less than 45 days (day 45 included) before the start date of the stay, 75% of the total amount will be charged. ● In the case of partial cancellation by the customer (e.g. shortening the number of days), the same timeframes and cancellation percentages as above apply. ● If ZenCabin cancels the stay before its start and is unable to provide an alternative stay in the future, the amount already paid by the customer will be refunded, along with a compensation of €25. (Any additional damages suffered due to ZenCabin's cancellation cannot be claimed from ZenCabin.) ● De facto cancellation: if you fail to notify us that you will not arrive, 90% of the total amount will be charged. All services, cleaning staff, breakfasts, etc. will have been automatically scheduled and delivered.

Host informationWe are Bart and Joline, proud parents of two amazing daughters and true entrepreneurs at heart. We're always busy with new projects and overflowing with fresh ideas. In our twenties, we started our own scout group, and later launched a unique concept with our cat behavior center, Chat-o-Gand. But all that hustle eventually made us long for peace and relaxation. That’s when our dream was born: a cozy cabin in the woods, where we could unwind in nature—without giving up comfort. After years of sleeping on mats, we felt it was time for something more. A blend of comfort, luxury, and the healing power of nature. In 2020, we found our dream location, tucked away in the heart of the beautiful Kempen region. But there was still a lot to do. For four years, we commuted back and forth from Ghent to bring everything to life. Quite the adventure! 2024 is the year we finally get to share the finished ZenCabin with the world!
