Our house is very quiet and about 300 m from the Baltic Sea with sandy beach. If you cannot arrive because of Corona travel restrictions, you will get 100% of your money back. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers (www.naturheilkunde-aktuell.de). The house has nine full box spring beds. There are three bedrooms with a door and a half bedroom without a door in the large bedroom on the top floor. The property offers guests 3-4 parking spaces. In the low and middle season, you will be charged per person per night. In the high season (summer) and at Christmas/New Year’s Eve, a house flat rate of €350.00/night for 7 +1 infant applies. Each additional person (irrespective of age) pays 45.00 €/night during peak season. Surcharges for the use of the sauna, fireplace, towels/bed linen are already included in the booking price.
Important: during peak season, i.e. summer and Christmas/New Year's Eve, we charge a fixed rate of 320.00 € per night for max. 7 guests plus 1 toddler. Each additional person (irrespective of age) pays 45.00 € per night.

Karlshagen is only a short drive from the seaside resort Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and the German-Polish border.

in accordance with the rental contract made between the lessor Elke Karl and the lessee, the following cancellation fees based on the booking price apply: up to 4 months prior to arrival: 25%; up to 3 months prior to arrival: 50%; up to 2 months prior to arrival: 75%; up to 1 month prior to arrival: 85%; up to 14 days prior to arrival: 90%; on the planned arrival date or in case of a no-show: 100% of the booking price. Partial cancellations, i.e. cancelling specific services, are not possible. Individual guests may cancel only if the cancellation doesn't affect the rental contract as a whole.
