The Accommodation
To the living area:
The apartment is accessible directly from the driveway via the sunny terrace. Behind the door, there is a wardrobe with a shoe rack.
The white leather sofa is an Italian designer piece, but still very comfortable. The large Smart TV allows you to connect to all streaming service providers or watch satellite TV.
The fully equipped kitchenette has a complete dinnerware set, as well as a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 2-burner stove, a kettle, and a Philips Gourmet coffee machine.
The good Palatinate Dubbeglas are, of course, also not missing here.
Bedroom:
The 160cm wide box spring bed with two duvets and four pillows is located in a cozy nook. The open wardrobe is adjacent to the sleeping area. One to two suitcases can be placed on the sideboard, with clothes hung directly above, placed on the shelf, or stored in the drawers. There are also the two obligatory "clothes chairs".
All windows can be completely darkened.

The bathroom is also attached to the bedroom. The shower has been freshly renovated and features both a hand shower and a rain shower. A hairdryer is located in the bathroom cabinet. Soap and shower gel are also provided.

The 15m² terrace is equipped with two chairs, a table, and an umbrella with LED lighting. The south-facing terrace catches every ray of sunshine. There you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, read a book, or savor a glass of wine from the good Dubbeglas in the evening.
