Cancellation and no-show:
The guest has no free right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, the guest is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. The amount of compensation is based on the following table:
Cancellation up to
41 days before the start of the rental period: 10 % of the rental price
40- 33 days before the start of the rental period: 30 % of the rental price
32 - 22 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price
21 - 12 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental price
11 days before the start of the rental period - start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price
Cancellation must also be made in writing.
The landlord can cancel the booked service without giving reasons up to 42 days before arrival. Payments already made will then be refunded to the guest in full. Cancellation of the contract at a later date is also permitted in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make the booked stay impossible. In this case, liability is limited to reimbursement of the rental price. In the event of justified withdrawal, the guest shall not be entitled to compensation. Liability for travel and hotel costs is also excluded.

The Weserbergland is not only an excellent hiking region, but also impresses with its beautiful old towns. The “scented town” of Holzminden, the Corvey monastery complex Unesco World Heritage Site, Bad Karlshafen, the Weser Renaissance castle of Bevern or the Fürstenberg porcelain manufactory, to name but a few.
Hannoversch-Münden and the university town of Göttingen are also not far away. (45 km) .
Holiday destination
Historic old town of Dassel with the Museum Grafschaft Dassel and the Blankeschmiede.
The bakery, pharmacy, bookshop and supermarkets are all within walking distance, as are a pizzeria and a kiosk.
From Dassel you can start wonderful hikes or cycle tours or explore the Solling by mountain bike.
The medieval Hanseatic town of Einbeck with its vintage car museum PS-Speicher and the Einbecker brewery and many restaurants and small stores are well worth a visit.
Getting there
If you are traveling on the A7, take the Northeim/Einbeck exit and continue on the B3 towards Dassel.
Coming from the west, drive via Beverungen through the Solling to Dassel.
Free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
