Cancellation policy
Article 7: Cancellation 
 1. cancellations can only be made in writing at hello@paal234.nl. 2. in the event of cancellation, the guest must pay compensation to the landlord. This amounts to: a. in the event of cancellation more than three months before the start date, 25% of the agreed price; b. 50% of the agreed price in the event of cancellation within three to two months before the start date; c. in the event of cancellation within two to one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price; d. in the event of cancellation within one month to two weeks before the start date, 90% of the agreed price; e. in the event of cancellation within two weeks up to and including the day of the start date, 100% of the agreed price.
 3. the fee will be refunded pro rata after deduction of administrative costs.

Paal 234 is located in the middle of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site in the outer area directly below De Koog. On the main road to De Koog. De Koog is a 5-minute walk away. From here you can easily reach Den Burg, the beautiful nature reserve De Slufter, the marvellous view of the Wadden Sea from the eastern area and the romantic sunset from the western beach. The ultimate pleasure for a long weekend, midweek or week.
Getting there
From the mainland you can you can take the ferry to Texel by ferry. The parking is subject to a charge, but you can use the Texelvignet for one week for a week: https://www.texelvignet.nl/
