The apartment is located at the entrance of Millstatt above the road with panoramic views over the lake. A supermarket is located 200m away, as well as the bathhouse Millstätter See (with sauna and spa services) and "Kap 4613" located on the lake - enjoy the beautiful sunset! Nearby you will find fantastic hiking and cycling opportunities with wonderful mountain and lake views. The skiing resort Goldbeck is just 15 minutes by car; the skiing resorts Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen and Katscheberg are approx. 30 minutes by car.
Getting there
Take the highway A10 - exit at Spittal/Lake Millstatt. Turn left direction of Seeboden and Millstatt. At the entrance of Millstatt turn left into Alte Spittaler Straße (right under the pedestrian bridge). There is a private parking behind the building. The closest railway station is spittal (10 km). The closest airports are Klagenfurt (85 km) and Salzburg (146 km).

Die Ferienwohnung mit großem Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile, einem großen Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschinenecke ist schön hell gestaltet, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit direktem Blick auf den See. Der Garten ist mit Rosensträuchern bepflanzt und hat eine hübsche Sitzecke im etwas erhöhten rechten vorderen Winkel mit noch besserem Blick auf den See. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allen üblichen Geräten ausgestattet, zusätzlich mit allen Varianten von Kaffeemaschinen, dazu Toaster und Toast- / Steak-Brateisen. Also alles vorhanden, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, antwortet auf E-mails / Whatsapps / Anrufe sofort und hat ein ausführliches Infoblatt mit Tipps für Restaurants, Ausflüge, Aktivitäten hinterlegt. Alles sehr entspannt, gute Erholung!

Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfbereit und hat nützliche Tipps für den Aufenthalt und die Freizeitgestaltung. In der Nähe gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und der private Zugang zum See ist sensationell. Auch eine Bootsfahrt (3 Std. für 50,-Euro) mit einem kleinen E-Boot (Bootsverleih Strobl) ist empfehlenswert. In dieser Zeit kann man fast einmal um den ganzen See fahren und die Ruhe genießen. Die Restaurants in Millstatt sind sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaubsort in dem man schwimmen, wandern, Rad fahren und entspannen kann.
