The newly furnished chalet in Zeeland style is suitable for 4 people and is cozy and comfortably equipped. The chalet consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a combination microwave, and a living room with patio doors to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin cabinet, and toilet. You will certainly feel at home.
On the large terrace, there is a beautiful lounge sofa with a parasol and a picnic table. The apartment has its own parking space.

The chalet is located at Chalet Park Het Olmenduin in Serooskerke and is easily accessible. It is just a 6-minute drive from the A58 motorway.
The chalet is centrally located on the Walcheren peninsula. The Zeeland beaches are just a few minutes away. Historical cities such as Middelburg, Veere, and Domburg are within cycling distance, and the beautiful surroundings are perfect for hiking.
The area is full of tourist activities. There's something for everyone.

You can rent bicycles, learn to water-ski, surf, or kite-surf, etc.
In case of bad weather, you can visit the Delta Works, Het Arsenaal, or an indoor playground.

4-Cancellation
4.1.The primary renter is entitled to cancel a booking in writing, without costs, no later than 8 days after signing the agreement, unless the stay in the chalet takes place within one month after signing.
4.2.After the deadline mentioned in 4.1, the renter is only entitled to cancel in writing with the agreement to the following cancellation fees: a) if canceled 6 weeks before the day of arrival: 30% of the invoice b) if canceled less than 6 weeks before the day of arrival: the full invoice amount, thus 100%
4.3.Cancellation of the booking by the (primary) renter also counts as cancellation for all (secondary) renters
4.4.A cancellation dated on a Saturday or Sunday, or on a public holiday recognized in the Netherlands, is considered as a cancellation from the following working day
4.5.The cancellation of the agreement (as described in 4.1 to 4.4) must be carried out by email with acknowledgment of receipt or by registered mail.
4.6.Olmenchalets does not offer cancellation insurance. Olmenchalets points out that it is possible to take out cancellation insurance with an external provider.
