Cancellation policy
We ask for your understanding that we must charge the following amount if you cancel a booked stay. Up to 120 days before arrival - 20 % of the agreed rental price. Up to 90 days before arrival - 50 % of the agreed rental price. Up to 60 days before arrival - 80% of the agreed rental price. From 59 days before arrival - 100% of the agreed rental price.

Holiday destination
Our vacation home is located on a road with little traffic and only 900 meters from the dog beach, to which you can walk through an idyllic forest. The village center is also just a few minutes' walk away, where you will find various restaurants, bakeries and shops.
Getting there
The best way to reach our vacation home is by car. Of course, you can also take the “Flix-bus” directly to the Zingst bus station. If you arrive by train, you should travel to Ribnitz-Damgarten and then continue by bus for about 1 hour. During this time you can already see the beautiful neighboring seaside resorts and get a good foretaste of your vacation. Of course you can also fly to “Rostock Laage” and from there you can rent a car. There is also a small airport in the town of Barth, 30 minutes away by car, which offers another option for private/small aircraft.

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig etwas weiter weg vom Ortszentrum. Der Strand ist mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen (je nachdem welchen Strandabschnitt man bevorzugt 7-10min. Für uns lag der Hundestrand durch den Wald nur 7min entfernt).
Das Haus selbst ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man im Alltag so braucht für 6 Personen: ausreichend Geschirr und große Töpfe und Pfannen, sowie Besteck, Gläser und Co. Genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, allerdings ist das Zimmer im DG sehr winzig und wirklich nur für 1 Erw. oder 2 Kinder zum Schlafen geeignet.. Alle Zimmer haben Insektenschutz und Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten.
Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich, aber da hat ja jeder andere Bedürfnisse.
Alles in allem ein tolles Haus! Jederzeit wieder!

We were here with 2 children and 4 adults. As soon as we arrived we noticed that the outside area was not well maintained. The beach chair so beautifully depicted in the pictures was full of mouse droppings and mildew stains. The interior continued with broken and really dirty dining room chairs. All televisions in the house had a broken satellite reception and this during our entire 2-week vacation. The owner tried to help from afar, which unfortunately did not succeed. Some of the beds are getting on in years and urgently need new mattresses. When it rains heavily, the gutter overflows and the patio door has to be closed, otherwise it rains in! Otherwise the kitchen is well equipped, but at this price this should be a matter of course. We won't be back.
